5 Day Review

I know you also see self-help as the worst enemy right now,
It’s not you who have destroyed the self help its the people who make lame content on it and ultimately make you follow stupid ideas and tricks to hack your life and see exponential growth. But if they just follow their own advice, they can’t start working on anything. I am also a creator, and the first thing I think when making any content is how I can influence people to watch my content, and here I am being honest with you (whoever says they don’t is lying). So that’s why I started my YouTube channel: to tell you what I think is right for me and what works for me. I don’t know whether that works for everyone or not because I am not an expert in any field, and I can guarantee that what I can do is search for ideas by myself and implement them on myself, and if it works well and is good for me, then I shared with all.

Now that everything is clear from my end, I wanted to talk much deeper about why I am failing at most of the things.

After waking up and directly sitting on my chair to start working, I encountered a problem: there is this black copy in front of me that is blank, where I I have to fill in the work to perform today and my days goes on the automatic pilot mode with no shutdown button working full clock without taking a bit break to think why in the first place am i doing this? After thinking much, I somehow found the answer to it, and it’s very simple: “Trying to be perfect at everything”. Mastering none.

To get my life back in manual mode, I started to do.

5 Day Review

It’s better to start than to wait. I heard this quote somewhere, so I started writing three daily goals. For someone who knows what they want, their goals should align with that purpose. I started with making videos online and learning computer science, and for the next five days I worked on it purely, without asking questions, like an obedient student. After that, I gained more clarity about what I should do next and what I should remove. At the end of the five days, I maintain a diary where I write down everything I am going to move forward with and what I am leaving behind. And that alone gives me more openness to ideas and able to think properly. It’s better to start then wasting and watching other people’s reels how they have done it instead of doing something about it.
